New Zealand Rugby League choose SB Sports Massage

SB Sports Massage has been asked to support the New Zealand RL squad during their preparation for the forthcoming 2011 Four-Nations competition. I will be providing massage before and after their matches and during some of their training sessions.

SB Sports Massage is registered with PRUHEALTH

SB Sports Massage is now a registered PRUHEALTH provider and is included on their register of Complimentary Therapists. This means that if you have a health insurance plan with PRUHEALTH then you should be able to claim back the cost of your massage treatment. There may be other healthcare insurers who offer massage as part of their cover. British Military Martial Arts – for fitness, confidence & coordination

BMMA is a place for men and women of all ages. They hold classes specially designed for younger children, aged 4-7 years, called the Little Ninjas to help them develop their motor skills such as their balance and coordination whilst having fun in an animated learning environment. There are also classes for children aged 8-14 years called Cadets. These classes teach children Martial Arts whilst helping develop their life skills such as confidence, respect and much more. In addition, they hold adults or ladies only classes which are designed to teach individuals Martial Arts and military style fitness to keep them kicking fit. SB Sports Massage supports Love Velo

Love Velo specialises in providing luxury cycling escapes in Europe. They are running a charity cycle ride for ISG, who are the builders of the London 2012 velodrome. The ride, which will raise money for the Variety Club and for Aspire, will see 25 riders cycle for 3 days from the Manchester velodrome to the new London velodrome. SB Sports Massage will be providing massage and first aid support at this exciting event.

I have been treating office workers in Leeds at their place of work offering deep tissue massage for back pain or to relieve tension caused by training and exercise. Since more and more workers are failing to break for lunch, an hour-long massage gives you the excuse to walk away from your desk, leave your computer alone and relax and re-energise through massage.
